Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and posts; ensure post orders and rounds are followed; file reports and contact authorities as needed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and seek guidance as appropriate.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignments with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage across all posts and positions.
• Prepare and submit required reports.
• Inspect posts and brief subordinates on tasks.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and deliver quality service.
• Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting, training, planning, and performance reviews.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer as needed.
