CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Data Center Security Business Operations Program Manager to own the financial, contractual, and procurement backbone of the data center security program.

You will manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets and standardize vendor contracting with Legal to scale the security organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Center Risk and Assurance, you will build rhythms of business, reports, and templates, partner with Finance/Procurement/Legal, and drive cost-effective,

Qualifications

• Experience managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets at scale.
• Ability to translate security needs into financial plans and governance structures.
• Strong vendor contracting and procurement process knowledge (MSAs, SOWs, POs, RFPs).
• Ability to build standards, templates, rhythms of business, and reporting for a growing org.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the data center security program budget across OPEX and CAPEX, partnering with Finance to forecast, track actuals, and reduce variance.
• Lead the Rhythm of Business (RoB) with budget and spend reviews, templates, and training to drive financial discipline.
• Standardize and lead security vendor contracting, including MSAs and SOWs with Legal input.
• Establish and enforce procurement standards and guide PO processing with Procurement for timely delivery.
• Report spend metrics and build dashboards providing leadership with budget health insights.
• Lead or support security vendor RFPs end to end, driving competitive sourcing and best value.
• Manage vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs; own contract lifecycle, renewals, and escalation processes.
• Provide OKR reporting and other business-related reporting for the DC Security org.
• Build strong relationships with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and DC Security teams.
• Develop and optimize the security business operations program as data center portfolio grows.
