Job summary

H5 Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Data Center Support Technician in New York to maintain facility operations and security. You will manage access control, video surveillance, and daily interactions with customers as the primary contact for requests via phone, email, and portal.

Responsibilities include monitoring critical systems via BMS, coordinating incident response, and providing escort and basic remote hands support for customers and vendors. Shift work, weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• Familiar with physical security protocols.
• IT system qualifications will be required if not already certified.
• Minimum two-year college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical security and access control.
• Handle customer engagement via phone, e-mail, and portal.
• Escort duties and remote hands for customers/vendors.
• Monitor building systems including BMS, fire, cameras, and networks.
• Coordinate incident response and escalation.
