Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Security Operations Manager II to oversee physical security for QTS data center operations. You will supervise frontline staff, manage guard operations, incident reporting, and vendor coordination to ensure a safe environment and excellent customer service for clients and employees.

You will participate in project estimation and budgeting for security systems, oversee ongoing improvements, and ensure compliance with corporate standards across sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operational physical security or equivalent.
• 5+ years in security patrolling and reporting.
• 3+ years dealing with vendors, contractors, and customers.
• 2+ years project management experience.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% including travel to other sites for training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline security staff and daily operations to ensure a safe experience for all entrants.
• Manage security operations for a single or multi-building campus, or mega data center.
• Participate in project estimating and budgeting for physical security needs.
• Oversee security projects to deliver on requirements, deadlines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with security vendor management for continuous improvement and training.
