QTS Data Centers is seeking a Security Operations Manager II to oversee all aspects of physical security across data center operations. You will supervise security staff, manage contract guard services, and ensure incident reporting and investigations are conducted to safeguard personnel and assets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years working in an operational, physical security or equivalent environment.
• 5+ years of experience in security patrolling and reporting.
• 2+ years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of physical security services for data center security operations.
• Manage contract guard operations and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with regional security specialists on projects and expansions.
• Develop and implement security procedures and protocols to ensure safety of employees, visitors, and assets.
• Participate in project estimating and budgeting processes for security needs.
• Maintain and improve security vendor management and training programs.
