Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer Level 1 to protect personnel and property at our Dallas-area facility.

You will monitor CCTV, control access, respond to incidents, and maintain comprehensive written documentation. The role emphasizes collaboration with DCOPS and Shipping & Receiving and requires strong communication, vigilance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced data center environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in security operations and data center environment a plus.
• Must possess active certifications such as CSG or CPO within six months.

Responsibilities

• Protect personnel and company property by enforcing security procedures and access control.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems and respond to incidents.
• Prepare written reports such as incident reports and shift logs.
• Collaborate with DCOPS and Shipping & Receiving for safe, efficient operations.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with local authorities when needed.
