Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Security Manager to lead physical security operations across multiple Phoenix metro locations. The role focuses on developing and enforcing security procedures, training staff, and coordinating with partners to safeguard facilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive security management experience in data centers or critical infrastructure, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive security programs and audits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in data center or critical infrastructure.
• Experience with heavy construction and managing security in dynamic environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with security reporting tools and software.

Responsabilités

• Vendor management and maintenance: coordinate vendor service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Training: train personnel in physical security procedures and use of equipment; maintain and update security procedures.
• Security enforcement and visitor management: enforce safety regulations and control access at facilities.
• Monitoring and reporting: conduct rounds, generate reports for audits and customers.
• Security systems management: configure panels, manage access levels, perform audits and troubleshooting.
• Collaboration: work with other departments on system design and site security for new builds.
