Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is seeking a Security Manager for our Goodyear, AZ facilities. This onsite role oversees data center security operations, enforces policies, and drives program improvements while coordinating with Design, Engineering, Site Operations, and Construction teams.

You will lead training, manage vendor relationships, and ensure strict access control, incident response, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites in the Phoenix metro area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in data center or critical infrastructure.
• Experience with heavy construction and managing security in dynamic environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Vendor management and maintenance: coordinate service calls and inspections.
• Training personnel in physical security procedures and use of equipment.
• Enforce safety regulations and supervise access control and visitor management.
• Monitor and report security events; generate audits and compliance reports.
• Security systems management: configure panels, access levels, audits, and video retrieval.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Site Operations, and Construction teams.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and manage multiple tasks.
