Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Security Manager to lead DC security operations across multiple sites. You will develop, implement and verify security procedures, train staff, and optimize physical security while coordinating with design, engineering, operations, and construction teams.

The role requires 5+ years in security management, strong organizational skills, and experience with security systems and reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security management experience, preferably in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Experience with heavy construction and security in dynamic environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with security reporting tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Vendor service calls & preventive maintenance coordination.
• Train personnel in physical security procedures and equipment usage.
• Enforce safety regulations and manage visitor control.
• Generate reports for audits and customers; manage invoices.
• Create and modify access levels; perform security audits and system maintenance.
• Collaborate with Design/Engineering, Site Operations, and Construction teams.
