Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Security Manager to oversee data center security operations across Goodyear and surrounding metro facilities. You will develop and verify security procedures, train staff, and coordinate with engineering, operations, and construction teams to ensure safety, compliance, and efficient incident response.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security management, preferably in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with security reporting tools and software.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor service calls and preventative maintenance inspections.
• Train personnel in physical security procedures and equipment use.
• Enforce safety regulations and manage visitor control at facilities.
• Create, maintain, and audit security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Oversee access control, video retrieval, and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering on security for new sites and projects.
• Lead site break/fix programs and manage day-to-day security systems operations.
• Prepare reports for audits and customers as required.
