Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Building Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at a data center site, overseeing 15–20+ officers and ensuring strict adherence to post orders and client requirements.

You will coordinate schedules, conduct post audits, and manage incidents while reporting to the Campus Supervisor. A CPR/First Aid/AED certification and security leadership experience are required, with experience in data center environments preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid/AED certification is required.
• Experience supervising a crew in security or related field.
• Ability to manage multi-shift teams in a high-security setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Quip, Chime, Slack, and Forms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations for the assigned building, covering both perimeter and internal posts.
• Directly supervise 15–20+ security officers, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management as needed.
• Manage daily schedules, address call-offs, no-shows, and fill open shifts to maintain post coverage.
• Communicate all schedule updates and operational concerns to the Campus Supervisor and Account Manager.
• Conduct regular post checks and post audits to ensure compliance with site procedures and standards.
• Track operational metrics and submit documentation through Outlook, Teams, Quip, Microsoft Forms, and Chime.
• Complete daily end-of-shift reports documenting activities and incidents.
• Respond to alarm activations and incidents, ensuring resolution per protocol.
• Administer corrective actions up to including written warnings and termination tickets when warranted.
• Ensure officers meet compliance standards and site expectations.
• Serve as a working supervisor, able to work at any post across the site.
• Maintain a flexible schedule for visibility across shifts.
• Report safety incidents and complete investigations per company guidelines with HR collaboration.
• Verify officers are equipped and aware of emergency procedures, with hourly post-checks.
• Maintain professional interactions reflecting high standards of courtesy and service.
• Escalate incidents per Post Orders and policies with proper communication.
