Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Security Installation Project Manager to lead large electronic security installation projects onsite in Columbus, Ohio.

The role focuses on managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams within the SES unit. The ideal candidate has a strong PM background in multi-discipline environments, with experience coordinating with general contractors, engineering firms, and clients to deliver secure, reliable facilities.

Qualifications

• Education: BS with 7+ years PM experience or MS with 5+ years.
• Experience supervising construction PMs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management of the project(s).
• Ensure on-time project completion.
• Lead project kick-off meetings.
• Forecast cash flow and manpower.
• Coordinate with general contractor and other trades.
• Prepare proposals and change orders.
