Job summary

Team Royal is seeking a Junior Scheduler for a data center project. This field-based role supports updating the master schedule, tracking progress, and assisting with look-ahead planning across multiple sites. Travel to Louisiana, Virginia, and Texas may be required.

You will gain hands-on CPM scheduling experience using Primavera P6 under a senior scheduler, with exposure to multi-trade coordination on a large construction effort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years' experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or similar CPM software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Update the master schedule in Primavera P6 with actual progress.
• Assist with three-week look-ahead schedule preparation.
• Track subcontractor submissions and compare planned vs. actual progress.
• Support fragnet development for change orders and time impact analysis.
• Maintain schedule files, baselines, and update logs.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and record action items.
