Job summary

Royal Engineers and Consultants, LLC is seeking a Junior Scheduler to support the master construction schedule for a data center project. You will update progress in Primavera P6 and assist with look-ahead planning, working under the senior scheduler.

This role offers hands-on CPM scheduling experience on a large multi-trade project, with office-based work on site and periodic field progress verification. Ideal candidates have a degree and 2–4 years' scheduling experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction scheduling or a related project controls role.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or similar CPM scheduling software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Update the master schedule in Primavera P6 with actual progress reported by the superintendent and subcontractors.
• Assist with preparation of three-week look-ahead schedules for distribution to field trades.
• Track subcontractor schedule submissions and compare planned versus actual progress.
• Support the senior scheduler in fragnet development for change order and time impact analysis requests.
• Maintain schedule files, historical baselines, and update logs.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and record schedule-related action items.
