Job summary

Royal Engineers and Consultants, LLC is seeking a Senior Scheduler to own the master CPM schedule for a data center project. You will develop and maintain CPM logic across civil, structural, MEP, and commissioning scopes, and lead schedule risk analysis with the project team.

This field-based role supports projects in North Louisiana, Virginia, and Corpus Christi, Texas, with travel and potential relocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of scheduling experience on commercial or industrial construction projects, including CPM schedule development.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Strong working knowledge of time impact analysis and schedule delay documentation.
• Experience supervising scheduling staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master CPM schedule in Primavera P6, including logic ties between civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and commissioning activities.
• Lead monthly schedule updates, incorporating actual progress, subcontractor input, and revised durations.
• Prepare three-week look-ahead schedules in coordination with the superintendent and subcontractor foremen.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and identify critical path and near-critical path activities requiring management attention.
• Prepare schedule narratives and fragnets for change order requests and time impact analyses.
• Supervise the junior scheduler, reviewing schedule updates and fragnet development for accuracy.
• Coordinate commissioning schedule integration, including IST windows and system-by-system turnover sequencing.
• Present schedule status and recovery plans at monthly owner and executive review meetings.
