Job summary

Legacy Professional Services is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and manage integrated master schedules for hyperscale data center construction projects in Louisiana. You will coordinate with owners, general contractors, and vendors to plan, monitor, and optimize project delivery, applying CPM scheduling and strong project controls.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of scheduling experience, a degree in a related field, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
3+ years of project scheduling experience on large construction projects.
Strong proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling.
Solid understanding of construction sequencing, procurement, and project controls.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for hyperscale data center projects.
Coordinate schedule updates with owners, GC, subcontractors, and vendors.
Perform CPM analysis and monitor schedule performance across the project lifecycle.
Integrate procurement and long-lead items into baselines to meet milestones.
Lead schedule review meetings and collaborative planning sessions.
Support EVM, KPI dashboards, and executive project updates.
