Job summary

Chase Doors is seeking an experienced Data Center Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the Northeast U.S. by engaging data center end users, design-build contractors, engineers and architects. You will forecast regional sales and develop a dealer/installer network with data center capabilities.

You must have proven data center sales experience, reside in the Northeast, and be willing to travel 40–50% to support dealers, visit job sites, attend meetings, and participate in training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of direct sales experience in the data center or mission-critical infrastructure industry.
  • Experience selling products or solutions into data centers, mission-critical facilities, colocation, hyperscale, enterprise, or edge environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with end users, contractors, engineers and architects on data center projects.

Responsibilities

  • Directly develop business within the Northeast territory by selling data center containment and mission-critical solutions to data center end users, design-build contractors, engineers and architects.
  • Forecast regional sales using input from dealers, representatives, and construction databases.
  • Provide hands-on technical and installation support at active data center job sites; conduct onsite inspections.
  • Create scopes of work and technical specifications tailored to customer and facility requirements.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and design teams via proposals, email, and phone.
