Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in an HSE/safety management role.
• Proven experience leading incident investigations and performing risk assessments.
• Comfortable working with safety data, dashboards, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the health and safety program across data center sites.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain the permit-to-work system.
• Lead safety training programs and coach team members.
