This onsite role focuses on hazard control, incident management, and safety training coordination to protect personnel and assets. The position requires travel up to 25% and collaboration with site leaders, construction teams, and clients to ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to site procedures, promoting hazard awareness and stop-work

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in safety coordination, safety leadership in logistics, warehouse, data center or industrial environments.
• 1+ year in a dedicated safety role or safety ownership capacity.
• Ability to lead safety conversations, assess hazards, and stop work when unsafe conditions exist.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite safety coordinator for assigned shift, site, building, or area.
• Lead by example to ensure safety is a non-negotiable operating requirement across all site activities.
• Conduct daily safety walks, hazard assessments, and ensure controls are in place before work begins.
• Coordinate with site leadership, construction management, and client teams to align safety plans with permits and restricted areas.
• Prepare shift safety updates, incident reports, and track corrective actions.
