Job summary

Covestic Inc. is seeking an Advanced- level Data Center Logistics Safety Coordinator for a full-time, onsite role in a data center construction and deployment environment.

You will lead daily safety operations, identify hazards, and escalate unsafe conditions to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with site leadership, safety personnel, and client representatives to maintain a strong safety culture, deliver pre-task planning, training, and incident

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in safety coordination in logistics, warehouse, construction, data center, or similar environments.
• 1+ year in a dedicated safety role or safety leadership position.
• Ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement effective control measures.
• Strong communication and training delivery capabilities for site safety teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite safety coordinator for assigned shift, site, building, or operational area.
• Lead by example to make safety a non-negotiable operating requirement across all site activities.
• Promote hazard awareness, stop-work authority, and proactive reporting to improve safety performance.
• Be the primary safety point of contact for logistics, deployment, and construction-adjacent teams during operations.
• Coordinate with leadership to align safety plans with site permits and active work zones.
• Conduct daily safety walks, inspections, and hazard assessments to ensure controls are in place.
