Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of job-related experience with a High School Diploma or GED
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred
• In-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems within own function
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset

Aufgaben

• Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs
• Evaluate new and existing programs for suitability and changes
• Support monitoring of injury, illness, and incident-related performance
• Act as a resource to staff and internal customers as SME
• Oversee plans, playbooks, and procedures to ensure they are current and implemented
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing service quality and respond to customer concerns regarding HSE
• Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to staff
• Resolve complex problems and identify approaches to existing solutions
• May establish new techniques to meet objectives
• Impact team and related teams' objectives
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values
