Black Box is seeking a Data Center EHS Specialist to lead safety on a high-profile data center construction project. You will implement policies, train staff, inspect sites for hazards, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and the company's IIPP.

Your role includes supporting investigations and maintaining critical safety records. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in OH&S or related field, plus BCSP certification.

Qualifications

• Plans and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations and the company's IIPP.
• Develops and delivers safety and orientation training programs.
• Inspects facilities to identify hazards, recommends corrective actions, and verifies implementation.

Responsabilités

• Maintains safety documentation including audits, inspections, Pre-Task Plans (PTP), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and SDSs.
• Participates in accident and injury investigations and supports materials for hearings, lawsuits, and insurance cases.
• Communicates effectively, staying organized and prioritizing tasks on-site to meet timelines.
• Supports on-site safety initiatives and ensures adherence to PMO standards and methodologies.
• Contributes to continuous safety improvements in large-scale construction projects (data center focus).
