Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years in compliance, governance, audit, or risk prevention, or equivalent.
• Experience implementing health and safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement health and safety standards, policies and practices including safety management systems, training, risk assessments and safety regulations.
• Conduct health and safety audits of data centers and active construction sites for compliance with life safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance and implementation of global health and safety programs that exceed regulatory requirements.
• Develop health and safety plans for on-site emergencies and business continuity.
• Maintain safety record keeping and data integrity.
• Perform data trend analysis to support leadership decisions on safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with AWS compliance, security, construction, operations and HR for guidance.
• Identify risks and work with Operations to remediate using hierarchy of controls.
• Interact daily with customers, providing health and safety guidance.
