Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Remediation Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for the full lifecycle of data center remediation projects across the ADC region.

You will design, implement, and optimize fixes in an expanding fleet to meet evolving government customer requirements. The role emphasizes strong engineering judgment, data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage engineers and consultants.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in industrial or commercial engineering or project management in mission-critical facilities.
• Ability to manage engineering projects and consultants.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with Operations, Commissioning, Construction and Design.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team providing full lifecycle support to AWS data centers from design inception to site improvements.
• Design projects that remediate issues found within the data center fleet.
• Hire and manage team members, promotions, and performance.
• Establish metrics and engineering best practices; drive efficiencies.
• Collaborate with partner teams to implement new processes.
• Drive communication of technical strategy within the region.
• Identify growth opportunities and manage escalations.
