Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Oregon is seeking a Project Design Electrical Engineer to lead design projects for fleet remediation in operational data centers, upgrading infrastructure and adding new services.

You will act as the go-to electrical design resource, guiding lifecycle support from design through implementation. You will coordinate with server hardware, environmental health and safety, and controls engineering teams to promote standards and reliability while supporting multiple

Competenze

4+ years of industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities incl. data centers, power generation or oil & gas facilities.
Experience with engineering design processes and project management.
Knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Mansioni

Own the design for data center upgrades and infrastructure additions.
Prepare/review short circuit coordination studies and maintain models.
Review design/submittal documents for Data Centers in your region.
Interface with internal/external design teams and operations to maintain reliability.
Lead multiple concurrent projects across regions.
Act as SME for the discipline during remediation projects.
Support construction, commissioning, operations, and turnover.
