Job summary

AWS is seeking a Fleet Remediation Engineering Manager for the Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) Region to lead data center remediation initiatives and oversee a team of engineers and consultants. The role requires strong engineering judgment, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Operations, Commissioning, Construction, and Design teams.

The position involves managing projects end-to-end, traveling up to 25%, and working in a fast-paced environment to meet customer and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of professional or military experience can substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle support for AWS Data Centers from design inception to site improvement.
• Lead regional engineering projects and drive best practices and efficiencies.
• Hire and manage team, set metrics, and drive on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commissioning, Construction, and Design teams.
