Job summary

Core Scientific, Inc. is seeking a Critical Facilities Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and manage maintenance activities for data center infrastructure.

You will track capacity, asset lifecycles, and generate schedules ensuring high availability while coordinating with Data Center Engineering, Facilities, Vendors, and the Command Center. The role requires 1–3 years in data center operations or facilities planning, familiarity with CMMS/CCMS, and strong Excel/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with data center maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge of CMMS/CCMS systems and asset tracking.
• Strong organization and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for data center infrastructure.
• Coordinate maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, cooling, power, fire suppression and BMS systems.
• Track maintenance completion and maintain accurate documentation; monitor capacity.
• Generate and analyze KPIs related to maintenance compliance, asset health and uptime.
• Collaborate with Data Center Engineering, Facilities, Vendors and Command Center.
