Job summary

Salute is seeking a CMMS Planner to manage maintenance activities and coordinate vendors for critical data center tasks. You will ensure safety, maintain CMMS data integrity, and drive efficiency through detailed reporting and analytics.

You will also administrate CMMS users, train new staff, and coordinate with data center personnel and client groups for scheduling and change management. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS and scheduling facilities work orders.
• Commitment to safety, compliance and teamwork.
• Ability to coach and develop personnel for high service levels.
• Strategic problem solver who handles ambiguity well.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse teams.
• Experience presenting schedules and technical information.
• Experience on Mac OS/iOS and desktop apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and schedule vendors and local Facilities Teams for CMMS tasks.
• Maintain maintenance frequency and scope standards for CMMS tasks.
• Route On-Demand maintenance activities and ensure safetyEligibility.
• Produce CMMS reporting and analytics to drive efficiency.
• Administer CMMS users, upgrades, and equipment records.
