Job summary

Flexential Corp. is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Engineer II to maintain electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems across data centers, targeting 99.999% uptime and strict SLA compliance.

You will work with the Data Center Technician, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, and contribute to disaster recovery exercises. The role requires 2 years of data center experience, 4+ years RCA/troubleshooting, building automation familiarity, and experience with critical infrastructure

Qualifications

• 2 years of data center experience.
• 4+ years of root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with building automation and critical infrastructure equipment.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers.

Responsibilities

• On-call 24x7 facility support for data center operations.
• Maintain and repair mission-critical equipment to ensure uptime.
• Read blueprints and technical docs; prepare SOPs and MOPs.
• Support disaster recovery exercises and commissioning efforts.
• Maintain AHJ requirements and change windows.
