Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a motivated Recruiter to fuel our data center quality and commissioning operations. You will source, screen, and hire for commissioning, quality inspection, electrical, mechanical, project management, and related data center roles.

Build strong candidate pipelines and partner with hiring managers to prioritize openings. You will manage the full hiring cycle, maintain candidate relationships, and guide offers, background checks, and onboarding, while staying highly organized

Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience, preferably in technical, construction, engineering, or data center industries.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple positions and priorities.
• Proficient with recruiting platforms, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, referrals, and industry networks.
• Recruiting & Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and experience.
• Technical Recruiting: Recruit for positions including commissioning, quality inspection, electrical, mechanical, project management, and other data center roles.
• Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and assist with offers, background checks, onboarding, and other pre-employment requirements.

The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and screening qualified candidates for technical and professional positions.
