The ideal candidate understands the specialized electrical, mechanical, cooling, power, controls, and commissioning disciplines required to support mission-critical facilities and can serve as a recruiting subject matter expert for data center hiring.

Job Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for specialized construction, engineering, commissioning, and infrastructure positions supporting data center environments.
• Recruit professionals including Data Center Superintendents, Mission Critical Superintendents, Data Center Project Managers, Construction Managers, Critical Facilities Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, Commissioning Managers, and MEP professionals.
• Source electrical specialists including Electrical Engineers, Electrical Superintendents, Electrical Project Managers, Power Systems Engineers, and professionals supporting UPS, generators, switchgear, and high-voltage infrastructure.
• Recruit mechanical and cooling professionals with experience in HVAC, chilled-water systems, cooling plants, CRAH/CRAC systems, and other mission-critical cooling infrastructure.
• Identify candidates with experience in BMS, EPMS, controls, commissioning, QA/QC, and mission-critical facility systems.
• Partner with hiring managers and account teams to conduct technical intake discussions and translate data center requirements into targeted recruiting strategies.
• Build specialized talent pipelines across hyperscale, colocation, mission-critical construction, engineering consulting, commissioning, and data center operations organizations.
• Provide market intelligence related to candidate availability, competitors, compensation, technical skill sets, and emerging data center talent needs.
• Serve as a recruiting subject matter expert during client intake calls, candidate calibration discussions, and difficult-to-fill data center searches.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, submissions, interviews, offers, and hires against established delivery expectations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated recruiting experience specifically supporting data center, mission-critical, critical facilities, or closely related infrastructure hiring.
• Strong knowledge of data center job families such as Critical Facilities Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, Data Center Superintendents, MEP professionals, Electrical Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Understanding of mission-critical electrical infrastructure including generators, UPS systems, switchgear, power distribution, and electrical redundancy.
• Familiarity with data center mechanical and cooling systems including HVAC, chilled water, CRAH/CRAC, and related infrastructure.
• Knowledge of commissioning, BMS, EPMS, controls, MEP construction, and mission-critical project environments.
• Proven ability to proactively source difficult-to-find technical, engineering, and construction talent.
• Experience conducting technical intake calls and advising hiring teams on data center talent-market conditions.
• Agency staffing, engineering staffing, construction staffing, or specialized technical recruiting experience strongly preferred.
