Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Construction Project Manager to support and oversee quality assurance and quality control activities on construction and renovation projects. You will ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory expectations while supporting delivery.

The role requires 3–7+ years in QA/QC or project coordination on construction sites, with strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in construction QA/QC or project coordination.
• Experience implementing QA/QC programs on construction sites.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specs and submittals.
• Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety practices.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC plans across construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and reviews to verify quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Review construction drawings and submittals for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
• Support RFI and submittal processes and ensure proper documentation and tracking.
• Identify, document, and help resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and risks.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including inspection reports, meeting minutes, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure adherence to QA/QC processes.
• Support project reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) related to quality metrics and construction progress.
• Assist in managing project risks related to quality, safety, and compliance.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate QA/QC updates with stakeholders.
• Review as-built documentation and assist in project closeout activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
