Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee owner-side quality for large-scale data center developments in Forsyth, GA. You will manage QA across CSA/MEP, maintain ITPs and NCRs, and drive documentation and turnover readiness on a fast-paced construction program.

Collaborate with Construction, Commissioning and external partners to ensure installations meet specs and standards, and mentor teams on quality practices to deliver safe, compliant facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction QA/QC, preferably on data-center projects.
• Site-based oversight of large, fast-paced builds.
• Experience with developer/owner or GC contexts.
• Strong QA/QC process knowledge across CSA/MEP.
• Experience creating and managing ITPs, NCRs, turnover docs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar PM/QC tools.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; practical experience considered.
• Quality certifications (CQM, CWI) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the owner-side QA/QC program across the data center project.
• Implement project-specific Quality Plans, ITPs, and procedures.
• Oversee QA across CSA, MEP and critical power infrastructure.
• Audit contractor QA/QC programs and ensure documentation.
• Manage NCRs, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
• Witness inspections, testing, hold points and verifications.
• Maintain accurate quality records and as-installed documentation.
• Support turnover and commissioning with QA/QC deliverables.
• Collaborate with Commissioning to ensure readiness for testing.
• Identify recurring quality issues and lessons learned.
• Provide independent quality assessment to leadership.
• Promote a culture of quality with construction teams.
• Mentor project teams on quality expectations and processes.
