Metric DCX in Atlanta-area is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver a data center campus in Forsyth, GA. You will oversee design through turnover, coordinating GC, engineers and utilities.

You bring 8–12+ years in construction with data center or critical facilities, plus strong cost control and scheduling skills. The role offers a path toward Project Director as the campus scales.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in construction PM with data center or mission-critical projects.
• Experience delivering large, ground-up projects $50M+ as GC, developer, or owner's rep.
• Strong cost control, scheduling and contract administration skills.
• Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6; degree in CM/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of data center buildings across design, construction, commissioning and turnover.
• Track project budgets, cost exposure, change orders and forecasts, and report to Project Director.
• Build and maintain detailed schedules and keep fast-track work on programme.
• Coordinate general contractors, design teams, MEP engineers and commissioning agents.
• Track long-lead equipment and procurement, from switchgear and generators to cooling systems.
• Liaise with utilities and local authorities on power, water, permits and inspections.
• Work with end users to ensure their lease requirements are met.
• Keep safety, quality and documentation standards high on site.
