IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, a National contractor, seeks a full-time QA/QC Manager-Data Center for Pecos, Texas. The role requires leading QA/QC standards, project-specific plans, and CX coordination with the Project Team.

Onsite inspections and staff training are key responsibilities. Candidates should have 5–10 years electrical construction experience and at least 4 years in QA/QC. Proficiency with QA/QC software, strong communication, and knowledge of construction disciplines

Formación

• 5-10 years' recent electrical (industrial or commercial) construction experience.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in QAQC or commissioning of electrical systems.
• Proficient with industry-standard QA/QC/CX software.
• Detailed understanding of electrical construction standards, equipment, and installations.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in development of Quality Assurance standards and continuous improvement evaluations and revisions.
• Develops project QA/QC plans and ensures implementation with Project Team.
• Manages deliverables of all QA/QC, Testing, and CX coordination.
• Trains and evaluates project QA/QC staff in all quality-related activities on the project.
• Performs onsite inspections of equipment and installations.
• Reports QA/QC activities through project software and internal communications.
