IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical seeks a full-time QA/QC Manager-Data Center in Lubbock, Texas. The role involves developing QA/QC standards, plans, and coordinating CX activities with project teams.

Strong QA/QC and electrical construction background is required, with onsite inspections and staff training integral to the position. Data center experience is preferred; safety and compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' electrical construction experience.
• Minimum 4 years QA/QC or commissioning experience.
• HS Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of QA/QC standards and continuous improvement evaluations and revisions.
• Develop project QA/QC plans and ensure implementation with Project Team.
• Manage deliverables of all L1, L2, L3 QAQC, Testing, and CX coordination.
• Perform onsite inspections of equipment and installations.
• Train and evaluate project QA/QC staff and coordinate reviews.
