IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, Inc., seeks a full-time QA/QC Coordinator in Pecos, Texas. The role supports development of QA standards, conducts inspections, and ensures compliance with project specifications and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' recent electrical (industrial or commercial) construction experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel/Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of QA standards and continuous improvement revisions.
• Identify non-conformances and issue corrective actions.
• Monitor corrective actions and verify closure of quality issues.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation and records.
• Report quality metrics to management.
• Coordinate inspections, tests, and audits at project stages.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, standards and codes.
• Perform onsite inspections of equipment and installations.
• Collaborate with Project Team to ensure proper installations.
