Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in QA/QC or field quality roles within construction.
• Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and multi‑trade coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project‑specific QA/QC program and inspection plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Oversee quality control across all trades including civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and low voltage systems.
