Job summary

Thor seeks an experienced QA/QC Lead with Electrical or Mechanical expertise to oversee quality execution on a large-scale data center construction project in Dallas. You will ensure the project meets quality requirements, adheres to design specifications, and maintains safety, commissioning readiness, and turnover documentation.

You will lead the QA/QC program for electrical or mechanical systems, review designs and submittals, develop QA/QC plans, coordinate inspections, and drive issue

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Electrical or Mechanical construction.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical environments.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.
• Certifications such as CQA or CQE are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA/QC program for Electrical or Mechanical systems on a data center project.
• Review design documents, specs, and submittals for compliance.
• Develop and enforce project QA/QC plans and testing procedures.
• Coordinate inspections with subcontractors, commissioning agents, and project team.
• Track NCRs, punch lists, and corrective actions to closure.
• Ensure installation meets NEC/NFPA/ASHRAE and owner criteria.
