Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls system principles in mission-critical environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and document control tools.
• Able to leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows.
• Clear, concise communication with owners, designers, and contractors.
• Experience managing schedules and enforcing quality across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the contractor/owner’s eyes and ears on site, aligning field activities with CSPEC & programmatic expectations.
• Lead risk identification and escalation to maintain momentum and readiness for commissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication among owner, designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Support contract administration and regulatory compliance, resolving scope or quality deviations.
