Job summary

Weeks Group, through its Data Center Solutions division, seeks a detail‑oriented QA/QC professional to coordinate inspections, inventory verification, and documentation for the Reno Data Center Solutions site. The role emphasizes accurate records, exception resolution, and ongoing process improvements to protect high‑value assets.

The successful candidate will support inbound, receiving, staging, and outbound activities, maintain disciplined QA/QC standards, and collaborate with operations

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience in QA/QC, warehouse operations, inventory control, or material management will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Inbound inspection & condition verification to confirm material condition, labeling, quantities, and documentation.
• Inventory accuracy & documentation control with clear records for leadership and stakeholders.
• Discrepancy tracking & corrective follow-up coordinating with warehouse, vendors, carriers, and leadership.
• Outbound QA/QC & release verification ensuring accuracy, labeling, and staging alignment.
• QA/QC process discipline & continuous improvement across warehouse operations with audits and corrective actions.
