Job summary

Newcomb & Boyd in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Data Center Project Coordinator to support our Data Center Services field team. The role blends project delivery support with internal operations to ensure efficient field work.

You will assist PMs with tracking, reporting, onboarding, and logistics, coordinate with HR/IT/Finance, and help prepare client invoices and project reports. A strong admin background in AEC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in AEC/architecture, engineering, or construction favored.
• Experience with project accounting or billing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tracking, reports, data entry, and scheduling for field team.
• Support PMs with administrative tasks and site visit reports.
• Assist with production of proposals, reports, and client communications.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, IT access, equipment procurement, and travel logistics.
• Prepare project invoices and assist with accounts receivable activities.
