Job summary

Newcomb & Boyd in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Data Center Project Coordinator to support our Data Center Services field team. You will help project managers with tracking, reports, scheduling, and logistics for field operations.

The role emphasizes coordination between field staff and internal teams (HR, IT, Finance), onboarding for new hires, equipment provisioning, and timely billing support to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years in the AEC industry preferred.
• Experience with Unanet A/E or Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with project tracking, reports, data entry and scheduling.
• Coordinate onboarding for field staff and ensure access before start.
• Support billing processes and project accounting activities.
• Coordinate travel, logistics, and equipment provisioning.
