Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Data Center Solutions in the United States to own complex projects from PO through turnover, coordinating with customers, contractors, engineering, and field teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, project coordination, services, or related experience preferred.

• Excellent organization and project tracking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing schedules, customers, and project deliverables.
• Willingness to learn and self-train on products, systems, and procedures.
• Experience in data centers, electrical infrastructure, construction, industrial, or technical environments preferred.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate with engineering and field teams.
• Strength in GSuite tools is expected.
• Bachelor's degree and/or PMP certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a white glove experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own projects from PO conversion through customer turnover and facility readiness.
• Develop and manage project schedules, trackers, action items, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, engineering, supply chain, field services, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead site meetings and customer-facing project reviews.
• Lead internal coordination, scheduling, and status meetings.
• Facilitate quality meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support equipment delivery, installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Drive issue resolution and elevate risks to ensure project success.
• Manage customer communications and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate activities with electrical and general contractors.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
