Qualifications

• 1+ years of receiving experience in a warehouse environment
• 2+ years of project coordinating experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
• Commitment to safety in previous roles
• Ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Personal accountability with a customer-focused sense of urgency
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; good phone and email etiquette
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong reading/writing/comprehension of English
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as required

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with data center support team at Armstrong office.
• Maintain accurate inventory of tools, PPE, equipment, and orders.
• Schedule and keep records of daily events; assist with SOP training.
• Enter orders into systems (OneDrive, Teams, Netsuite).
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure materials for daily operations.
• Prepare and stage paperwork and materials; return items when done.
• Resolve discrepancies with pack lists, BOLs, and PO7s.
• Document incidents or damage and communicate with customers.
• Monitor workflows; resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Report errors to enable corrective actions.
• Track daily functions and troubleshoot with staff, vendors, or customers.
• Escalate recurring issues to management.
• Assist in daily workflow calendar management.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor accurately and on time.
