Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Project Scheduler to support large-scale, mission-critical/data center construction projects in Oregon. You will develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules from preconstruction through commissioning, ensuring activities are sequenced and executed to meet aggressive timelines.

Responsibilities include building master schedules with Primavera P6, coordinating with project managers, and tracking progress to provide accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project scheduling experience in construction or engineering environments.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools.
• Understanding of construction sequencing, especially in mission-critical or data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master project schedules for all phases.
• Identify critical path, dependencies, and risks; develop recovery plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to align schedules.
• Track progress, update schedules, and provide accurate forecasting.
• Generate schedule reports and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Support meetings with schedule insights and accountability.
