Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and forecast schedules for large-scale data center projects using Primavera P6. You will partner with development, construction, engineering, and operations teams to keep milestones on track and enable on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on scheduling with Primavera P6 or MS Project, CPM knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on scheduling with Primavera P6 or MS Project on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with data centers, high-tech infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities preferred.
• Familiarity with float management, CPM, and sequencing logic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong communication skills to present complex data clearly to stakeholders; Primavera P6, Smartsheet and MS Office proficiency; PMP/PSP/CMMA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage construction project schedules using Primavera P6 for large data center initiatives.
• Collaborate with development, construction, engineering and operations to align milestones with goals.
• Perform schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning.
• Lead critical path reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Generate schedule reports and provide progress forecasts to leadership and clients.
• Coordinate scope alignment with trades and internal/external teams to ensure accuracy.
• Provide recovery plans and guidance when delays or risks are identified.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, and facilitate schedule review meetings.
• Support reporting requirements for leadership and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits to validate contractor performance against schedule.
