Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Project Scheduler to own and manage scheduling for large-scale data-center development projects. You will collaborate with development, energy, engineering, and construction teams to keep schedules accurate and current.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project scheduling, with data-center or large-scale construction experience, and strong proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a project scheduler in data-center development or large-scale construction.
• Experience with data-center development or large-scale GC scheduling is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Procore, MS Project, and Primavera P6.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and update multiple schedules across projects in the U.S.
• Set baselines, critical path analysis, forecasting, and progress validation.
• Identify schedule delays and escalate to project managers promptly.
• Document scheduling processes and maintain project records.
• Coordinate timelines with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports.
• Develop scheduling best practices and training materials.
