Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Project Scheduler to support large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects across the country. The role requires developing, maintaining, and updating CPM schedules, coordinating with design, procurement, construction, and commissioning to support baselines and drive on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates will have five years of dedicated CPM scheduling experience using P6, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication to lead update meetings and pull

Qualifications

• Five years or more of P6 CPM scheduling experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
• Complete understanding of current scheduling concepts and best practices.
• Thorough understanding of CPM scheduling methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develops the project schedule using design drawings, contracts and specifications.
• Incorporates design deliverables and identifies design risk.
• Coordinates with material management to ensure deliveries support timelines.
• Develops and manages sufficient detail to perform work.
• Performs constructability reviews to validate sequencing and logic.
• Identifies and communicates risk and opportunity.
• Analyzes critical and near critical paths and informs the team.
• Conducts weekly schedule update meetings for status updates.
• Oversees pull planning sessions with the construction team and ensures baseline compliance.
