Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in commissioning or mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Military experience a plus.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficient with Smartsheet and Ajera; Microsoft Office skills required.
• Travel up to 50-75% annually; able to work from a home office.
• Organized, proactive, responsive, and precise.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop project scope of work and pricing.
• Coordinate all communication with client and project personnel.
• Develop manpower requirements for a project.
• Develop Cx plans.
• Develop timeline for project deliverables, assign tasks and monitor completion.
• Populate and organize the project folder with all project documentation.
• Communicate with project team on requirements and travel arrangements.
• Run meetings during testing and create meeting minutes.
• Schedule and lead punch list meetings.
• Assist testing engineers in punch list management.
• Coordinate and review reporting requirements.
• Monitor project budget and profitability.
• Analyze and improve project processes to gain efficiencies.
• Develop project plans in Smartsheet and manage them to improve margins.
• Provide accurate project forecasts for revenue projections.
• Track project status and create invoices in Ajera.
